We accept most formats, but our preferred file types are:
- JPEG
- Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files
- BMP
There are four different ad sizes.
- Single: 2 x ¾ Inches
- Double: 2 x 1 ½ inches
- Feature: 4 x 1 ½ inches
- Banner: 8 x 1 ½ inches
- Single: 2 x 1 ¼ inches
- Double: 2 x 2 ½ inches
- Feature: 4 ¼ x 3 ¾ inches or 6.375 x 2 ½ inches
- Banner: 14.88 x 2 ½ inches
Whatever you think is necessary, and whatever will fit on the ad size you have chosen. Even for a single ad, however, we can include the following: Business name, address, phone number, website, and logo/artwork. Some businesses choose to use all these elements, others prefer to use just a logo and phone number. It’s up to you!
Not a problem; our design team will be happy to craft an ad for you. Just provide us with the information you want represented, including colors you prefer, font choice, etc. We can also provide you with a generic support ad.
No. All design services are included in your sponsorship.
General
Most sponsors receive from 15-30 magnets depending on ad size.
Your law enforcement agency distributes the magnetic calendars at various locations and high-traffic areas throughout the community. We also ship each participating sponsor their own set of magnets to distribute to their customers, family, friends, etc.
Yes.
- You will receive a proof via email or mail when we finish your artwork.
- You will have 2 weeks to review.
- We will send a fresh proof after any changes.
- We will make a courtesy call to make sure the design meets your approval.

- Call us at 270-746-5444 to make payment via eCheck or credit/debit card.
- Mail your payment to: Law Enforcement Partners, 760 Campbell Lane Ste 106-141, Bowling Green, KY 42104. Please make checks payable to Law Enforcement Partners and include your statement number with the payment.
We will accept payment at any time, but it is not due until you have received your magnets/calendars and invoice.
